How do I order through the NDIS?

Add to cart

Add items to cart as usual, and proceed to checkout. As shown below, fill in the participant name and NDIS number to ensure that it is a valid and acceptable invoice for the NDIS.

Checkout

If Shop Pay (purple button and pre-filled details) come up, scroll down and select "Checkout as guest".

Proceed through to the payment section and select Alternative Payment Methods if you can't see the NDIS/Purchase Order as an option.
Choose NDIS/Purchase Order as the payment method.

Invoice

Complete your purchase. You will not pay at this point. You will receive a Tax Invoice to forward to your Plan Manager. For NDIA / Agency managed funds, please forward the invoice to ndis@dailyorders.com.au with your plan dates, NDIS number and participant name.

Payment

When payment is made, payment reference must include name and the DailyOrders order number eg DailyOrders35555. Items in your order are not held and stock availability not guaranteed until payment is received. If payment is not received within 21 days from creating the invoice, the order will be cancelled. If the items are out of stock when payment has been made, we will be in touch to discuss options.
